Withdrawal, appointment cancellation and termination (B2B)

1. Consumers excluded, no right of withdrawal in B2B

Our offers and services are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs, companies, agencies, consultants and traders (B2B) who, when concluding the contract, act in the course of their trade, business or independent professional activity (within the meaning of Art. 2(2) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and of the Cypriot Consumer Protection Law No. 112(I)/2021). We do not enter into contracts with consumers (private individuals) (see section 2 of our terms and conditions).

Within the European Economic Area, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts is available to consumers only. For contracts between businesses (B2B), neither the law of the Republic of Cyprus that governs our contracts (Cyprus Contract Law, Cap. 149) nor the law of the European Union provides a statutory right of withdrawal or rescission. We do not grant a voluntary right of withdrawal either (section 16 of our terms and conditions). For this reason, this website does not provide an electronic withdrawal function (withdrawal button under Directive (EU) 2023/2673).

2. Rescheduling or cancelling your intro call and appointments

You can reschedule or cancel a booked appointment in advance free of charge in accordance with our terms and conditions, either directly via the link in your booking confirmation or by email to [email protected]. Details and deadlines are set out in Part A.5 of our terms and conditions.

3. Terminating ongoing services

One-off services end automatically once they have been delivered. You can terminate ongoing contracts in text form, observing the agreed notice period. An email to [email protected] is sufficient (section 15 of our terms and conditions). To help us match your request quickly, please state your name, your company and the contract you wish to terminate. We will promptly confirm receipt of your notice by email.

False information about business status

If, when booking, you untruthfully or mistakenly stated that you were acting as a business, no valid contract is concluded, or we reserve the right to withdraw immediately and cancel the booking in accordance with section 2(4) of our terms and conditions.
